ok easy head set removal time  :LolLolLolLol: strip forks out select had it scew driver n nice hammer get old towel recovean to yard or garage  boil kettle get ice cube from frezer now for tricky bit  ram ice cube into headset cup to be knocked out then pour boiling water over head tube then tap cup out from in side it will nearly fall out if yer get it right
easyest way to refit is freze headset cups warm headtube light tap n they r in

the best way to remove the cups is a gas cutter leaves a few marks
