Slipping Grips
Paulo:
Thanks for your...er...mostly constructive comments.
I put the grips on initially by gobbing on them a few days back and tried the wd40 yesterday, so it's a trip down to Boots for this bald guy :LolLolLolLol:
Thanks again :daumenhoch:

make sure the gob is very well cleaned out
any trace of it and they will be slippier than a greasy eel trying to swim up a wall of lard.
SaMAlex:
Sometimes if the grips have been on and off a few times they stretch and never stick on real well. When they are new you need to use something with a bit of lub to it so they slip on without stretching too bad, but then with some stick to hold them on (I always use WD40). You might have to get some new grips now for them to really stick
Dark Diggler:
Crack one off in a small plastic container and using a lint free cloth, using a circular motion, spread the man-fat on the bars, using any excess on the inside of the grips.
If that dont work, smoke a fag and then have a brief kip :daumenhoch:

or try some fanny batter! works for me!
not any old fanny will do tho, the younger the better!
