I can but I didn't get it as fast as some of my mates, some people are instant manual masters! It took me quite a while and a lot of practice but it's like bunnyhopping, hard to explain properly but the key i would say is to get your weight over the back wheel (you may come off!) and learn to cover and feather your back brake.

I posted a thread about racecraft in the BMX Racing section and I think there will be a clinic held at MK07 so will hopefully include manualling. I think the Flying Fox will be showing us mere mortals how it's done and general track/race craft (if he's ok fitness wise).

its like a wheely but no pedaling
as laz said lean back and get ya balance
im trying to learn em going over stuff now
