Can you dye brake cable outers?, i want to change colour.

Hi i have a skyway spinmaster set-up with white cables. i want to change these to black will they dye ? or does any one know how i could do this without them looking crap as i can't get black cables for this. thanks.

plastic and rubber doesnt go so well.

get some coloured shrink wrap.

 :( really need them to be black, white cables will fook my MK build right up, I may try spraying with plasticote paint :-\

  coloured shrink wrap would do. any idea where to start looking . maplins?, b&q ?
