Twin rear wheel sprockets...

I need to build a rear wheel with 2 sprockets.... Will this work if i use a flip flop hub?

i thought flip flop allowed smaller drives on one to the other

so you have 16t and 15t - not good

sure DK did a hub for this - like the old clem twin drive
