What tioga frame is this???

Hi ive had this frame a little while and was trying to find out what it was. I found the rhino is similar but im not so sure :-\. There are 2 sets of serial numbers they are 847213 in bigger numbers and KT199QX 16  in smaller numbers. Any ideas? thanks

Not sure what Frame it is but 847213 is probably your Frame Serial number 1984 made and the KT199QX 16 is probably someones Postcode stamped on it.

Is it any good? i was gonna do it up but im not so sure. Got lots of blue bits for it

Tange made generic frame , that may have been sold to many companys and re stickered , good frame if not the most desired
they did 3 diff rhinos and a few chargers
