What tioga frame is this???

I don't think this is a rhino or a charger frame. Tange made a few generic frames so not entirely sure?  ???

i remember a thread a while back with one of these frames with Stratton Cycles on it, the view was it was a low end Tange frame made for them to sell as a complete (i think) .......but looks cool in my oppinion mate  :daumenhoch:

I could be wrong though  :-\
