Old School or New School??

<< < (2/4) > >>

moley:
My point exactly Trev.

That's just what I said but with less beating around the bush!

superbikedan:
trev  no mate, new school is new design, new concept, young designers with younger riders, it's all about

tomorrow, what will work with todays riders pushing these tomorrow :)

if a streat beat or haro master was remade today useing the original material as the 80s

then it's old skool re issue,   trust me i paint a lot of new skool frames and they are nothing like the old skool,

in fact theres nothing similar apart from looking like a bmx frame,  :daumenhoch:

Trev:
cool Dan.  :daumenhoch:

okay, here's another question to throw into the pot...  ;D

What if a new frame was designed, but it was more like an 80's frame than a new school frame. So it isn't reissued as it never existed before. But it was designed and built in 2008.

Sorry for the stupid hyperthetical questions, but I'm bored here...  ;D ;D

superbikedan:
trev mate,  the 80s frames where unique but the begining of frame design, you cant  still use that design today

unless you welded it at every point, strenghend the metal at every weak point and so on,

would you have a model t chassis under a bmw even  ???

todays new skool frames are so far advanced, strength, weight and design,  saying that,  this one will pease alex,

the frame i have been most impressed with was alexs holmes,  pure class :daumenhoch:

Trev:
i know. it was a hyperthetical question as i was bored. i know it will never be done.
