Awesome pic!

My main memory of the Performance Bowl is someone, might have been Jess D, doing a bone air, way out and nearly half the bike pushed back and nearly touching the green lamp post behind the bowl.

Anyone remember or got the pic?

My old ridin pal Billy Chaplin from Dalston. Also a notorious "boner" of his airs  :daumenhoch:





He beat CC in an improvised air comp at one session i remember.......he was one Rad MoFo!

Nick, thats a superb pic of Lee (rip)  :-[, and thats my mate Sean Moriarty sitting on his bike in the background, which means i was probably there that day. Its a small world my friend!

Dunno.  I recall speaking to people about this after Colin Winkelmann passed away.  Such a tragic loss   :(

With Lee Hook i believe it was some sort of cancer, as opposed to drugs/suicide related deaths like so many others.  :-[

Extreme (for want of a better term) sports seem to attract "extreme" characters, i think it goes hand in hand!

Great pics - Love Gerry's chicken air. This is a fav pic of Tony Mac. Boned and scketched out with style...that P- Bowl is an amazing bowl...I still have dreams of doing air in that bowl...sometimes I pull too far from the lip in the dream and drift off to the drain at the bottom...it's a really scary dream.
