If you get on with your LBS , they'll probably do it for nowt & not damage anything  ::) .

ive never had a problem getting one off to be honest, always had the park tool thingy handy and a fookin big spanner!

you think these are a bitch - try doing the same with a MTB cassette - every time i end up with the bloody thing embedded in a part of my leg/arm/head/testicles!
