I am a Bmx race track virgin  :'(

Got up this morning and loaded the Haro group one into the car...Drove to Royston rockets BMX track...Gate locked and no-one home.  Went through side gate...ah no-one there except dog owners with shitting dogs.  Get on bike and ride round track, er no I aint leaving the ground and those bumps look painful if you come off...get round track puffing and panting.  Getting odd looks from dogwalkers as if its strange for someone to be on a bmx at a bmx track.
Go round a few more times and then home for lunch...

Olympic champion to be I aint, and I think you're all bonkers doing it...but I reckon I'll do it again, but if I do race then I wll be last, last and last again...but first to the beer.

Things I wouldnt have worried about as a child, like the bumps are annoying worrisome as an adult...but you do get better at it, dont you?

glad you tried it mate and dont worry that you'll be last, if you keep on doing it and doing it then you could be looking at some podium finish's  :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:
