Ok I tried it....

I went round the track for the first time at last years MK meet.

Was ok the first few goes but then thought i would try a bit harder, somehow i came a cropper on the first jump ... cut hand damaged grips .. bruised ego

Then i put on the gloves and helmet and had a few more goes

Its hard work but great fun

I fancy having a go for a laugh, went to Tredegar last week for a go on the track, but there was a race meet there.


Met some really nice folk, & watched some great action on the track.


Remined me of the old days, still a great sport with some real nice people....going back this week sometime to get on the track
