I had this problem bitd on a few bikes... i had the cups on my Rebel pressed in at a bike shop!!

suppose you could use a vice with wood at either end and slowly press em in??

Tried a vice no way they are about 3mm to wide?

Gunna polish the orginal one's up ? just need some bearings
