Skyway pegs NITEMARE!

<< < (4/6) > >>

aerostylie:
I found out by chance, pegs with 2 threads on one peg......24tpi one end and 26tpi the other end so fortunatley got away with the Skyway axle problem...phew!!

They're DB Buddy pegs (sold at Halfords for about a tenner a pair) and have had no probs so far with Zytecs, spokeys and Skyways (placcy and steel hub) :daumenhoch: Not suitable for 14mm new skool stuff though.

brass monkey!:
i sold some New Sealed Bearing Tuffs on ebay recently, the plank who bought em started moaning and blaming me cos his Skyway pegs wouldn't fit, now I have lost my 100% Feedback cos of this total KNOB, fookin nightmare these are.

I also complained to ebay and they did their usual (Fook ALL) saying it was nowt to do with them, I can't even NEG the buyer, cos you can only give Positive Feedback for Buyers now !  :wtf: :uglystupid2:

RANT OVER !!  :D

Stella Dave:
Right folks, got new set of 26 tpi and they cant be wrong twice. They do not fit on front axle.
I'm stumped! Real nightmare, cant get this bike finished to near perfection.
