What are Winstanley's like for returns??

Bought a set of 661 Chicken Wing Elbow pads in size medium and they are a little to small for me. Going to return them to Winstanley's. Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with returns to Winstanley's before?

Biggest problem seems to be getting them to post out in the first place :shocked:

ive never had a problem with them for buying or returns, infact ive even done quite well out of them before ;) just call em up and explain the prob and say u want another set in the next size up and they will tell u to return them stating the reason for exchange and they will swap them but u will have to pay for the postage

I have had many problems with Winno's...

but i have to say...  i have never had a problem returning items!!

they get the sales & posts bit messed up so often... they gotten pretty good at the returns bit!!  ::)

I guess they have no problem in you returning any items - just sending out the replacements to you is where the problem might come  :LolLolLolLol:
