Got a couple of levers and one wheel set in particular that need some repair made where the anodise has been scuffed / scratched - any tips for repairing without stripping and re-anodising ? Any paint / ink / pen products out there / colour codes that anyone can recommend ? Any pics of results would be nice  :daumenhoch:

Check 2fresh's post of his ripper in the museum, linky below.
He re dyed the black gt epoch headset, anodising colour is added to aluminium parts by submersing in dye/water mix at about 85/90 degrees C, for about 15 mins. Dylon type dyes should be useable, proper anodising dyes are available from caswell plating europe for about £16 i think. There will be an element of experimentation to this, amount of dye, length of time in dye etc.
Check out caswells site for more anodising info.

Sounds a bit involved though  I was hoping for more of a little touch up method (at least for the minor nicks n scuffs anyway) anyone out there experimented with any products / touch up paints / coloured permanent markers  ???
