Looks like you may have laced the spokes up the wrong way. Difficult to explain what I mean but if you look at the spoke where the nipple is there seems to be too much of a bend on it. The holes in the rims are usually slightly angled and you have to put the right spokes going in the right direction in the right angled hole.

May just be the angle the picture is taken at but it looks wonky to me   ;)
