if its small enough you can build up small areas of paint in the dent then sand them back before a final coat :daumenhoch:

If your local bike shop does frame building and spraying they my be able to fill it with brass (i think it is) and then you can get it powdered. there is a shop in derby that does it. they make one of road race bikes. they also smooth it of ready to be finished. :daumenhoch:

milliput is an epoxy based filler that will withstand very high temeratures.

google it to find out how high, and if its suitable for powdercoating.
