harris:
you do remove the pads and insert spacers the unbrake that is.
you could get them at custom riders years ago  
they are a regular oldschool coaster  all you do is knock of the end caps that have the 3 holes in
make 2 new rings drill 48 holes and weld is best back on.
the radials are stronger in one direction for all the front end stuff but will suffer if you go mad.
i do like radials and built them on a few of mine.dont give up bert its all the fun dude.
yep its mounted on the slot bert.

mines a standard hub fairly rare got it of lazarou   :smitten:  and got a set of guts from a regular old coaster
and did the conversion myself  2 minuite job.

its only the shell on this you want ,the guts will need sourcing from a skyway coaster hub or similar.
