can anyone id a frame for me i believe its got everybody stumped came from usa

It has a chain gaurd mount. It aint a Mongoose. The gussets look all wrong too! Maybe an Ammaco. I don't know. The Serial number doesn't match up either.

thanks orb one of my problems is i dont have the frame yet waiting for it to arrive so this possibly isnt a mongoose but it is coming from america so i would like to find out what it is so i can restore it right   help  :-\

I`d be surpised if its an Ammaco if its coming from the states, could it be a Blue Max or even a DeCoster ?
