It looks a lot like that DeCoster on the bay, the only thing that looks different is the shape of the hole in the gusset, although that may just be the angle that the photos that orb has put up are taken at  :daumenhoch:

not a decoster, check the chain guard mount on the BB

did early gooses have chain guard mount?

Don't think they did . . . from memory my early goose had nylon brackets which wrapped round the downtube
