Dent filling?????
Moschops:
Hi Guys 'n' Girls,
I've had a Crupi frame in storage for a while I dug it out the other day to be presented with a nice dent in the top tube :tickedoff:
Super bike Dan tells me you cant powder coat normal body filler as it boils in the baking room.
So the frame needs to be welded and ground down >:(
Does anyone know of anyone who can do ally welding???? :daumenhoch:
pickle:
give a very nice gentleman on here called Sawzall a PM......he's the nuts at stuff like that :daumenhoch:
aditup 2234:
Fill with braze, then file down again back to the original contour.
Not weld, the process is to unforgiving, unlike brazing which does not "pull" whilst cooling.
