Not sure, but I dont think the alloys will "mix" or "take"

i bake most of my powder at 180c but some are 200c :)

Thats milliput out of the window then lol. Ive got a set of bars and they have had a few dents filled with milliput thats all.

Yeah that was my thought.

I think an ally frame needs to be filled with ally.

Braze takes to steel like a duck to water, but I think the ally would melt before the braze.
