i am going to try that glass paint  but  i think if i dilute this CELLULOSE aerosol with CELLULOSE binder it will thin it down and make it more translucent . i think   :crazy2:

I think your right. be interesting to see the results. I think the only problem with that may be that it might pool in the nicks and crannies.

right this chainring is  years old  . my test peice is fresh paint  not that far away  i think
