Glen:
Im stuck with a stem attached to the forks.  Top bolt has been removed, 1 side bolt has been removed, 1 side bolt is rounded off.  Drilling has no effect what so ever on the bolt.  Hacksawing it just destroyed the blade.  what now?  I can just barely move the stem on the forks but thats using all my strength and it moves slightly - with front wheel and bars installed.  The only other thing I can think of is getting a hacksaw blade for metal.  help!

Have you tried getting a torx bit & hammering it into the rounded off allen bolt, I've done this in the past & its worked.

Or can you get at any of the bolt shaft with a dremel  ???

Dremel with a grind disc on it would be my approach  :daumenhoch:

last one i had like this i got lad at work to weld allen key to the bolt and then removed worked treat .
