My honest opinion would be to give that a really good clean (not respray or re-powder).
I think you'd regret it otherwise (its near impossible to find one in this original condition).

That's a really nice survivor but the welding (especially the head tube + gusset) isn't the prettiest I've seen. Were all Redlines like that?

The quality went slightly downhill in my opinion when Redline started getting the frames made in Japan (from memory around 1983 I thinks)
