removing the large nut on a tuf neck

Glynnyboy:
I thought the tiger looking to the right are ok to unscrew but the tiger looking to the left with a neck and a chain are a different story. Can anyone elaborate on this?

NFI but if it's held in with a bolt I would guess it will undo; you may need to give it some gbh or use a press (which I did) to get the shaft out but it should come out.  When you put it back together put aome tape on the topcap around the bolt (not under, but around) to avoid marking up your shiney new anno  :daumenhoch:.

QUADROPHENIA:

if your sendintg it to paul at customwhateverhiscompanynameisasicantremeber you dont need to remove the shaft, he will just tape it up

neiljonarcus:
