nitro mors problems !!!

<< < (2/3) > >>

gobshite:
layer it up gradually, work the mors into the paint in 5/10 minute stages, 3 or four passes should be enough,
and blob it on with the end of the brush, not in brush strokes,
try using an aluminium scourer pad too if you want to preserve the finish of the chrome beneath,

dont expect the paint to just bubble up and fall off, some paints/powders are tough as fook, some bubble up others come of like gel,

dremel wire a brass wire brush helps too,

good luck with it,

i love the stuff personally :smitten:

superbikedan:
if the frame has an etching coat over the chrome then it will be a bugger to remove,

i always work on one part of the frame at a time and i dont use nitro mores ;D

oldschoolrb:
its getting powdered when its done . i'v bin thinking about a blow torch ?? or a heat gun , does that work ?

why isnt your painter stripping your frame prior to painting :daumenhoch:

Dr.Robotnik:
It has met its Health and safety maker and is now half the stripper it used to be.
