Buckled ACS Z-Rim
toys19:
I've seen plenty of brand new rims that were straight when they arrived, by the time some muppet laced them up they werent....
neiljonarcus:
ben defoo when they are laced up they will come true mate 100%
Kaner:
Wicked news! Big smiles all round. :daumenhoch:
They are currently in a big bucket of dye . . . getting a tan!
Zippy:
AS everyone has said that will come out as soon as they're laced.
Thre's loads of different methods to lacing a wheel though. A lot of people like the Sheldon Brown way of doing it. I think that Stidds 'How To' follows this route. I used this method a lot until I learned the Shraner way of building a wheel. This is so much easier to do than the Sheldon way.
I have a wheel to build tomorrow at work so I'll do a how to then for everyone.
Dr.Robotnik:
I was just wondering as it's not my era and this problem seems to be solved.
Are ACS Z rims good? I mean are they strong and light? I've always wondered about it you see and why they didn't take off. They are very cool, I just wondered.
