Decisions, Decisions.... the smoked coating is all but gone from this bike. BB ,gusset and some welds still show colour.
Do I build it as a chrome bike, keeping what colour is left to show it's a genuine HLT.
Do I get it's colour redone.. loosing what's left tho.
Do I go full on colour change. The white One and the candy red one look really good.

Although the smoke finish had gone - a DB looks lovely in chrome and it will still have an unrestored/original look to it.

But that's just an opinion Danny and you should build it how you want to.  With the parts you've got lined up it will look cracking either way

I’ve put some time into my Procraft build today. Nearly done. The SE Blitz Seat will be making way for something more appropriate soon hopefully.

Not a full build , but finishing off the last few touches  to  nearly complete  my Freestyle Torker  over weekend,  upgraded  to   a Sugino chain wheel and Tioga  chain wheel bolts , courtesy of Pickle. Sharp grips will be next, and after many years I think it’s finally finished.
SDF.

Sharp grips now added👍

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. Miss you loads Dad
