Ginger ones fetch less than blondes!..............I'll get my coat :)

About 100 - 150 on a good day mate, 4WD as well!

I have a 81 Tamiya Holiday Buggy. They re-released it a few years ago. Still has all the original gear and the acoms controller.
Bought a new motor for it and a new battery pack about 18 months ago, and it still goes lovely. Must admit though been thinking of selling it too.
Just don't use it anymore, and can't believe how people collect these too.
Still have the original re-chargeable battery and charger. But think that battery is dead!!
I'll try and get a couple of photos up.
Built it as an 11 year old.

Good luck with your sale.

I love old tamiyas. I had Blackfoot, monster beetle, sand scorcher, wild one, frog. I sold a couple last year, still got 3 left. Going to put the frog up on here soon.

I've got a Bigwig also from BITD.

I used to race quite a bit and was sponsored by MG motors (electric, not actually MG), and ran a couple of Yokomo Dogfighters (one was a YZ-10), before those Optima Mids, a CAT and an RC10 which we modded to use a full Yokomo suspension set-up.

I used to go all over the country racing and at one point was 3rd in the UK in the Nationals (1991 I seem to recall).

I guess that makes me a bit of a sad twunt  :-\

Still got all of my old racing gear though - perhaps I should dig it all out.
