who invented the gyro, as we know it today...not the skyway or acs ones, but the true gyro???

it was an 80's freestyler if that helps

oddysey were the company that made em orb...but who invented it

he later went on to use the gyro with another company and called it the oryg

who did it???

Yeah.  As the story goes, he designed the thing and then Odyssey bought the license to sell it, providing him with a very useful dollar for every one sold.  That deal had a lifespan after which the product became the property of Odyssey, upon which he unveiled his modified, better version named the Oryg under the name of SST  (Scura speed and technology), which he has subsequently sold absolute shed-loads of.

Or something like that...... ;)
