Once again we had a fairly reasonable show of hands today and some quality training took place, think peeps r starting to think about what CK is saying and taking note, to the buds that stayed away after last weeks sweetie incident, get yr arses back, u know it makes sense.

A few of us were diverted away to build the jump box, how long did tht take but worth it in the end for the jump sesh that took place after Hope lil Josh is OK btw
