I bought a set of Twin Pinches for my Quadangle but also managed to acquire a set of Gen 4 profiles for another build at the same time. I fitted the Profiles as the flights hadn't arrived but decided to keep them on as they were older.

I now have a boxed unused set of Flights i don't need.  :LolLolLolLol:

Basically mate, in my opinion the older the better. BUT.... will you be riding/racing it ???? if so maybe a new crankset would be better. ??? ???
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

i will be riding it,but even though the twin pinch is cheaper i think i need to get an older one as it feels more right to do that

can we see a pic of the quad?

old school would be best, but I must say the retro profiles are sweet lookers!
