Brake mounting head scratcher!

Dude have you got a drop out saver on or is it a large washer ???
If its a drop out saver try and take it off, because that looks like the wheel will then go further in towards the crank then.

or is it the width of the tyre that prevents it going further forward?
Love the colour of the blue one,is it paint or powder?

No drop out savers .. i just use nylon washers that you cant really see in the pics .. what you can see is the wheel nuts. The wheel would go back slightly more if i took another link off the chain... but it's not going to be ridden anyway so it dont much matter ... think i'll leave it as is .. just wanted to get it looking right :-\
No the tyre dont cause any problems.
Its powder, the og chrome underneath is in great shape too ... very delicate really .. i sliced the powder straight off with a stanley blade around the headset and bb .. cant imagine it'd stand up to much abuse!
