Is there a less brutal way of removing sealed profile type bb bearings?

i use a long flat head punch looks like a big pen 8mm end a few god hits not hardly a mark anything thinner dent time :daumenhoch:

did you do it from the inside? ie put your punch through the first bearing, and knock out the one on the opposite side?

yes a little tap on the spacer will move it over just enough then a "DAME GOOD HIT" at 12 oclock then 4 then 8 oclock then go round again i usually can remove a bad ass bitch bearing in about 30 seconds with no damage but half harted hits not so good and mind your pinkys :daumenhoch:
