14mm axle to fit 10mm forks?

I've done 2 sets with an angle grinder and if you go steady its fine :daumenhoch:

I don't have a grinder, I'll try some local body shops and see what they say.

That is a point - if the axle wall thickness is 3mm you could get away with it - that'd leave 1mm thickness after shaving.
