I had a set of these brand new from SuperCycle Discount in Nottm Back in the 80's.

I went straight home and put 'em straight on my Dp.

I'm sure the crossbar on them was lower than the ones in your pics tho'

almost Haro kneesaver low.

Killer bars tho'.
