I believe you can add bleach when you pre-soak them?

I didn't, hence its not in the above process, but if it helps then go for it.

Picked up this piece of advice from another OS BMX forum (won't give name to protect the innocent) and according to them the following is the best method for cleaning Tuff's:-

Stick them in the dishwasher normal cycle, normal powder, one on the top and one on the bottom then drench them in WD40 leave for a while like 2 hrs. wipe off excess WD40.
