Just a quick update

front wheel completed looks good I was going to paint the rims but thought better of it I will use the bike so it will only rub off ...

Big problem I have is the back wheel axle "cone nuts" one of which is knackered I have no idea were to get one if anyone has a spare please let me know ... I will get all the plating back next week if I can get a bearing cone nut I can get the bike ready for MK ...

Can't help you with the cone nut.......But, you're doing a top notch job on what most would say is a bike that isn't worth it.

I love the unloved bikes from this era, I've got a 2000ish heavy bastard WTP Thrillseeker waiting in the wings for a resto, unlike you though, mine will be a very slow build.

Liking how this is coming along  :daumenhoch:

Dogfish:
I know what your saying I aim to do something a bit more old school after this one I just like the look of this bike and it's not costing much and a good starting point ..

insectbones:
It's a great starting point, and nice to see a bike from this era getting the amount of work you're putting in  :daumenhoch:
